- RETURNS -
If your item is not what you expected or damaged, contact must be made within 5 days of receiving the item and returned within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges - no shipping charges will be refunded.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) However, you are responsible for return shipping if you just want to exchange for personal reasons.

No returns on custom orders unless item arrived damaged.

-SHIPPING-
United States orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 5-7 days business days for order to be processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for standard shipping. Processing and shipping can take less time. All orders will include tracking numbers.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
International orders are shipped via USPS International and do not have tracking available. Packages usually arrive in 6-10 business days, but can take longer if delayed at Customs.

Note to international buyers: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, etc. incurred. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information.

-SHIPPING CONFIRMATION-
When we have prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
